1. No purchase necessary to enter. The odds of winning will depend on the number of total entries. Contest is open to any registered user of CheatZILLA.com with an account in good standing.
2. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all qualified entrants using a selection method devised by CheatZILLA.com. Winner will be selected within 48 hours after the close of the giveaway. The selection of the prize winner by CheatZILLA.com is final.
3. No more than one entry per person.
4. A list of the winners and/or contest rules will be available on this website. CheatZILLA.com reserves the right to use the names of the entrants on this website without any further payment, consideration, or attribution. Transfers, taxes, or gratuities not included. Certain restrictions apply and cannot be waived. Prize cannot be transferred. All entries must be received no later than . Void where prohibited by law.
5. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners must respond to notification within 48 hours, or they will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the 48-hour time limit, an alternate prize winner will be selected. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of stated prizes.
6. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, or tariffs.
7. By accepting a prize, all winners agree that CheatZILLA.com may post his/her name on CheatZILLA.com and in any and all media, including future advertising or publicity, without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
8. By accepting a prize, all winners agree that CheatZILLA.com, their affiliates, and all of the officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of CheatZILLA.com, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway.
9. CheatZILLA.com reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway, reject any entry, or make any revisions to the official rules we deem necessary.
10. Previous winners of any CheatZILLA.com giveaways, contests or drawings are not eligible again for 90 days after the closing date of last win. Only one prize per household per this 90 day period.
11. CheatZILLA.com is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
